What does an Assurant 360° Protection Plan cover?

Mechanical & electrical breakdown can happen at any moment. We protect your purchase against the unexpected and unpredictable.
You’re covered immediately from drops, spills and cracks. After the manufacturer’s warranty expires, you’re covered for mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
Functional parts and labor
Under our protection plan, your purchase is completely covered for parts and labor required for repairs.
We’ll fix a recurring problem up to three times. If the same thing happens for a fourth time within a 12-month period, we’ll replace your purchase or reimburse you for your lemon.

You will receive your order confirmation by email with a link to your plan details. No physical product will be shipped to you.

Important things to know
Assurant 360º Protection Plans are only valid for eligible products purchased within the last 30 days. If your product is new, it must be within the manufacturer’s warranty period to be eligible for coverage.
Coverage for mechanical and electrical breakdowns begins after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. If your product does not include a manufacturer’s warranty, mechanical and electrical breakdown coverage begins immediately. If your product cannot be repaired you will receive a new or refurbished reimbursed replacement of comparable type, quality and functionality or a gift card, or cash settlement equal to the purchase price of the original product.

Although the term “extended service contract” and “extended warranty” are commonly used interchangeably, an extended service contract is not a warranty. A warranty is provided by a manufacturer and is included in the purchase price of the product. An extended service contract repair costs for specific components but is not an extension of the manufacturer’s warranty.
